Mobilhome

  • Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

    You can invite people to your mobile home free of charge, but they will not be able to sleep in the mobile home or use the swimming pool. Please inform the reception of their presence as soon as they arrive at the campsite.

  • Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

    You cannot put a tent next to the mobile home, but dedicated pitches are available for booking.

  • Is a deposit required at the time of installation?

    A deposit will be required for your mobile home and its cleaning; it can be done by check or directly by card via our application. The deposit will be blocked for the duration of your stay but will not be debited, provided that no damage is noted at the time of your departure and that the cleaning instructions have been followed.

  • Do you offer cleaning packages?

    We offer cleaning packages to facilitate your departure. The price of the package will be 68€ for a two bedroom mobile home, 78€ for a three bedroom and 98€ for a four bedroom.

  • What time should I return the mobile home?

    Departures must be made at the latest before 10.00 am, after having made your check-out appointment with one of our receptionists.

  • Does the mobile home have a television?

    All our mobile homes are equipped with TV.

  • Do babies count towards the accommodation’s capacity?

    Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The number of people indicated by the accommodation must not be exceeded, for safety and insurance reasons.

Pitches

  • At what time do I have to vacate my pitch?

    Camping pitches must be vacated by 12.00 noon.

  • What type of electrical outlet is used on the pitches?

    Our pitches are equipped with a 9 amp electrical connection. Please remember to bring a European adaptor so that you can use electricity.

  • Is it possible to hire a fridge for campers?

    A supplier is present directly on our campsite so that you can rent refrigerators. You can reserve them in advance by contacting our service provider directly by e-mail: locationbrousta@gmail.com

  • Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch?

    Absolutely, there is no extra charge for water and electricity.

  • Is there a possibility of emptying the toilet on the site?

    You can empty your waste water directly into the sanitary facilities, in the chemical toilets provided for this purpose.

Camping

  • Do I have to make an appointment for the departure of the rental?

    An appointment for an inventory of fixtures must be made at the reception desk in order to agree on a departure time: a person will go through your mobile home in order to check that no damage has been caused and that the housework has been done. At the end of this appointment, your deposit will be returned to you.

  • Is there a laundromat on the campsite?

    A laundry is available at our campsite. The price for a washing machine is 5 € and for a dryer 3 €.

  • Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

    Private planchas and barbecues are not allowed on our campsite, but we do have communal barbecuing areas. You can bring your own barbecue grill, or rent one from our rental company on site.

  • Is there wifi on the campsite?

    Wi-Fi is available via the “Camping Lou Broustaricq” access. By clicking on it, you will be automatically redirected to the page of our provider, which will allow you to choose your package and to pay it online.

  • Is wearing the bracelet compulsory?

    Wearing a wristband is compulsory and regular checks will be carried out.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    You can access your pitch from 14H and your mobile home from 16H. Departures are possible until 10am for mobile homes and 12pm for pitches.

  • What to do in case of a late arrival?

    Arriving after the opening hours of the reception? Don’t worry, we will leave an envelope with your name on it, in which you will find the keys and a map to your mobile home. Don’t forget to come to the reception the next morning to finalise your arrival.

  • Are there any shops on the campsite?

    On our campsite you will find a restaurant, a snack bar, a bar, a grocery shop and a wellness area. You can check the opening hours at the reception or directly with our service providers.

  • Are the activities included?

    A team of about ten activity leaders will offer you a varied programme during the summer season. Outside this period (such as the Easter school holidays, the Ascension weekend, etc.), please contact us to find out what programmes we can offer you!

  • What does the Cancellation Guarantee cover?

    The Cancellation Guarantee mainly covers serious illness, death or accident. More information can be found in the terms and conditions or by contacting the reception directly.

  • Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?

    A service provider is present directly on site at the campsite so that you can rent baby kits (high chairs, baby cots, bathtubs available). You can book them in advance by contacting our service provider by e-mail: locationbrousta@gmail.com

  • Are sheets and towels provided?

    New in 2023, we offer you the comfort pack option! It includes: sheets, towels, kitchen towels but also a 30min access to the SPA (major only) and the possibility to leave until 12H.

  • How can I book ?

    You can book directly on our website or with us by phone at (+33)5 58 82 74 82.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments by card, cheque or cash.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    It is possible to pay in instalments, please contact us for this. The important thing is to send us the total amount of your stay at least 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

  • When do I have to pay the balance of my booking?

    A first deposit must be paid within 8 days of the booking request. The remaining balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

  • How do I cancel a booking?

    We invite you to contact the Cancellation Insurance directly at contact.gestion@assur-travel.fr or at (+33)3.20.30.74.12

  • Is my pet allowed in the rental? Under what conditions?

    Remember to bring your dog’s up-to-date vaccination certificate with you when you arrive at the campsite ! Category 1 and 2 dogs breeds are not allowed on the campsite. Please note that during the period from 15 July to 19 August pets are not allowed.

Aquatic Park

  • Is the swimming pool heated?

    All indoor and outdoor pools are heated to approximately 28°C.

  • Are swimming shorts allowed?

    For hygienic reasons, swimming shorts are not allowed in the entire water park.

  • Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

    Visitors cannot access the water park, but can enjoy the restaurant and bar.

Moving around the campsite

  • Until what time can I enter the campsite with my car?

    The accommodation area is accessible through the automatic gates from 7 am to 11 pm. Outside of these hours, cars are not allowed on the campsite.

  • Is it possible to rent bicycles on site?

    A service provider is present on our campsite so that you can rent bicycles. You will also find at the reception maps for your walks, or connect to the website of the Tourist Office “Bisca Grands Lacs” to calculate your routes.

  • Where is the nearest beach?

    To find one of the most popular beaches in the Landes, head for Biscarrosse-Plage! The ocean is just 23km from the campsite.

  • How far are we from Biscarrosse?

    Biscarrosse-Bourg and its amenities are about 16km away. For Biscarrosse-Plage, count 23km.

  • How far are we from Arcachon?

    An essential part of your holiday, it takes about thirty minutes to get to the Bay of Arcachon. Beware of traffic jams in high season, though, so it’s best to get there early in the day!

  • How long is the drive from Bordeaux?

    The city of Bordeaux with all its amenities is about an hour’s drive away. Traffic jams are frequent in the vicinity of the city, so driving time can be extended.

  • How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

    Your nearest supermarket is in Sanguinet, about 10 minutes away by car. For more choice, head for the hypermarket in Biscarrosse-Bourg, which is just over 15km away.

  • How far are we on foot from Lake Sanguinet?

    It’s hard to get much closer! With our direct access, the serenity of the lake is just a minute’s walk away.

  • Are there any cycle paths near the campsite?

  • Where is the nearest bus station?

    The quickest train station to reach is La Teste-de-Buch, about 20 minutes by car.

  • How far are you from the nearest airport?

    Bordeaux airport is the closest to the campsite, it will take about an hour to get there. If you have a plane to catch, be careful of the traffic jams which are frequent in the middle of summer, the best would be to leave earlier!

  • Where can I find an ATM?

    You will find an ATM less than 3km from the campsite, at the place of city hall in Sanguinet.
