Why become a homeowner with us?
Becoming an owner at our campsite means enjoying a vacation home in a privileged natural setting, while benefiting from the infrastructure and services of a 4-star establishment.
What are the advantages of being a homeowner rather than a tenant?
You have your own mobile home, available at any time during the campsite’s opening period, without having to book or prepare your vacation.
Where is the campsite located?
Located in Sanguinet, south of the Arcachon basin, the campsite is set in the heart of the Landes forest, on the shores of the most beautiful lake in the Landes, and just a few minutes from the ocean, in a natural, calm and unspoilt environment.
Can you choose your plot?
The number of plots available is limited. However, you can choose from among the available plots to find the one that best suits your needs. Plots will only be reserved if a firm commitment is made (no pre-booking).
Can you live on the campsite all year round?
The campsite is open to residents from February 15 to November 15, giving you 9 months of free access to the campsite and its facilities.
How much does it cost?
If you don’t already own a mobile home, we can put you in touch with several dealers, whose prices start from €29,900 and average €50,000 for a well-equipped recent model with terrace. For our part, the annual rent is €4,559, or €380/month. It’s payable in instalments if you wish.
What other costs should I expect?
In addition to the plot rent, you pay only for your water and electricity. Nothing else.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome (except categorized dogs).
Can you develop your plot of land?
Yes, you can develop your plot in compliance with the campsite rules.
Can we rent out our mobile home when we are not using it?
Yes, under certain conditions. For further information, please contact us directly.
Can you resell your mobile home?
Yes, you can resell your mobile home. If you wish to resell it on a plot, certain conditions must be met, and a meeting must be arranged between the campsite and potential buyers before any sale.
Is there an age limit for my mobile home?
No, as long as you remain the owner and it is well maintained, there is no age limit in our conditions. If you wish to sell it on a plot, we require it to be less than 15 years old, otherwise you’ll have to find a buyer outside the campsite and arrange for transport.
Is the campsite secure?
Yes, the campsite is guarded and access is controlled by automatic license-plate-reading barriers, to guarantee the peace and quiet of residents and holidaymakers alike. However, your mobile home and possessions remain your responsibility.
